Failed generations
If a skin fails to generate, the credit is returned to your balance automatically. No action is needed.
Unused credits
You can request a refund of a credit pack within 14 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. Email support@spriteskin.com with your order ID.
Quality issues
If a finished skin is clearly broken (for example an empty or corrupted file), contact us with the skin ID and we will restore the credit after review.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment partner and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
